I am excited to return to Bologna, as it was my favorite city that I visited when I went abroad two summers ago. Since it is a university town it gives off an energetic and youthful feel. I learned that Bologna is the city of stuffed pasta and mortadella and this is what I am most excited to return to. I look forward to trying more foods especially is some of the open air markets like Mercato di Mezzo or Mercato della Terra. The last time I went to Bologna there were movies playing at the Piazza Maggiore so I think it would be a great idea to have dinner with some of the food from these markets while watching an Italian film in the middle of the city.
